I've stayed at this same hotel for my annual trip to Cincinnati for a veterans event the past three years and I've had a pleasant experience each time. Perfect location in walking distance from the levy and all the attractions it offers.

I loved how clean everything was, The only thing that was a inconvenience was when we arrived (4) adults, the only room available was a king with a pull out sofa bed. When booked, i chose 2 queens because we both wanted beds. We survived but the couch bed was uncomfortable.

The property is right by a bridge and you can hear traffic noise all night. Do not request Cityview, but stay on the other side of the hotel. The front desk staff was awesome; parking great.

Because the charged me twice I with through a 3 party Expedia. they told me to submit my information which I did from Expedia confirmation number receipt credit card receipt. It clearly says that I was charged twice and I still had to reach out to Expedia, which that should be their job. We speaking common sense poor staff.

Views of the city were amazing!!!
The room was large and spacious, besides the toilet/shower area. That area was kind of funky. It was difficult to close the door once in the room because of lack of space. My family and I also werent fans of the breakfast. We didnt find much selection we cared for. Many others seemed to enjoy it. Very safe feeling hotel. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. And the views were incredible.

When I need to fly into Cincinnati for work, I always stay on the Kentucky side at this hotel. Very clean, has a gym to workout, staff is amazing! So many shops and restaurants on the river literally right down the street. You feel safe walking around. Great location. Easy to cross the bridge into Cincinnati. I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed.
