Was there overnight on a Saturday into Sunday. Waited a while for someone at the front desk to appear. Sunday morning there was no hot water. I made several calls to the front desk that went unanswered. I missed breakfast given that I was waiting on the hot water issue to get fixed.

New base of operations
We omly stayed for 1 night but it was clean, The staff was friendly, the breakfast was way more than i expected from a continental breakfast. We have decided to make this our base of operations everytime we attend and event in Newport/ Cincinnati. Its an easily walkable distance from everything.

The hotel was well maintained, had a beautiful view of Cincinnati right across the river, and was close to Newport on the Levee and many other easily walkable destinations in Newport and Cincinnati. The front desk staff was wonderful and did everything they could to enhance my stay. I will definitely be returning for future stays in Newport.

The beds were okay but our rest was not that great. Overall our stay was not bad at all and we enjoyed the area where there was breakfast as we ate dinner in the area. The bathroom had great ADA accommodations, grab bars, adjustable shower head. We were on the 6th floor but for safety of guests why is an ADA accommodations room be on the top floor?

Overall good experience. Check-in staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room and gave us a city/river view. Plenty of options at continental breakfast. Beds were comfortable and great showers. Only downside was that the pillows were terribly uncomfortable.

We only spent one night. Nice location by the river. The staff was very friendly. We checked in past midnight. The security flip lock in the door did not work/flip , that was the only thing I was not happy about .
