The property was nice, clean, and quiet. One annoying problem was the wify was Terrable. Logging on was an issue. But many hotels have such issues. Signal dropping out was unacceptable. Breakfast was just so so. Not bad, just a little ho-hum

Devon, Don and Kiki were the best that they could possibly be considering the circumstances. In addition to handling there overwhelming front desk duties while being the only staff on duty, they remained calm, pleasant and professional. The first room I was in before I requested a different room was NOT the one I had reserved and it was apparent that it had not been cleaned in I don't know how long. I will spare you the details on how disgusting the room and bathroom were. The toilet not flushing with no maintenance staff on duty and not even a plunger could be found. The next room had been cleaned at some point but it was done freshly cleaned so it was not a whole lot better. The premises being old is one thing to not condemn but lack of upkeep is. I hate that I didn't read the reviews before I booked but I have stayed in Comfort hotels in the past and never had an experience like this. NEVER AGAIN will I.

Property is very tired. Got there, was dying to go to bathroom, common area bath had overflowed. Only person working was making an airport shuttle run. Bed lacked a lot, bathtub was gross. Not the rating that I was expecting.

The rooms are dirty and there is mold in the bathroom and around the window. Check 3 rooms total and they are all the same, absolutely disgusting.

A good choice for what we needed. It was very quiet and comfortable. The location was exactly what we needed for our very early morning flight However, the bathtub was very dirty! It appears as though it's never actually been scrubbed! Also, the bathroom door squeaks loudly.

It was a quiet place . The staff didn’t seem friendly or like they wanted to interact with anyone. I wasn’t even told what floor or where my room was so I had to ask . The breakfast is definitely slacking. Was not kept up and not tasty at all. The waffle machine was terrible!!! Other then that the place was pretty clean

When we arrived we were greeted by staff and taken care of well. We got to our room and found that the door was difficult to open, but otherwise everything looked fine. The following morning, the person staying in the room above us took a shower and flooded our bathroom through a leak in the ceiling. There was only one employee at the front desk at the time and he did the best he could to take care of us while also trying to prepare breakfast and arrange shuttle service to the airport for other guests, but unfortunately we weren't able to change rooms until mid-afternoon after check-out and cleaning (thankfully we had plans to be out and about during the day). The new room was fine, but the facility itself needs some TLC - broken elevator, broken stairway doors, etc. We did enjoy the pool and appreciated the on-site laundry facility.
