Nice apartment within walking distance of city center and restaurants. Allocated carpark for single vehicle. Well equipped kitchen and large clean fridge. Bathroom/shower is small but clean and in good condition. Living room is small but enough space for a couple. Bedroom is small for the king size bed, need to tip-toe around it to get to the wardrobe. Overall good value, clean, and great location. Definitely recommended.

I had a great stay. It is safe and clean. The refrigerator might need some maintenance, because it never stopped running and froze my milk (even on the warmest setting). But overall, I was very satisfied.

Really wonderful staty...the reserved parking is invaluable in the area. Close to the CBD, and only 1/2 block walk to the Hop On/Off tourist team stop at the Quake City attraction. About 1 block away from large park which is great for runners. Apartments were well furnished and bathrooms great. Good bedding/linens and quiet would really recommend this as the place to stay in Christchurch.

It was too small, especially the bathroom. Nowhere to sit and eat except a small table on the balcony but as it was raining we couldn’t go out there. No room for suitcases etc. We did like the cafe down on the corner so ate there often.
