In true Ohana style, it has everything and more! Hot tub, pool/movie room, outdoor fire-pit, BBQ, automation and Amazon Alexa for all your music.
This place is bursting with character, you'll feel right at home. 3 minutes to the airport and 10 minute to the city centre. It's got parks, restaurants, shops and key tourist attractions very close-by.
The Space:
Designed by a award-winning architect. The lounge room with it's incredible staircase is a show stopper. That staircase takes you to a loft that connects to the master bedroom.
There is plenty of space, for up to 7 people. 2 full bathrooms, a pool room that opens onto the outdoor area with the hot tub. A loft area which transforms into a bed. The master, has a day bed with can sleep one. The second bedroom as a very comfy roll away bed.
Please note the noise policy before booking, we know it’s strict but it’s not fair to our neighbours who have small kids that need sleep.
Guest Access:
Self check-in. There is a keypad for access around the clock. We will often be able to meet you and have caretakers that live only 10 minutes away.
Plenty of street parking.
The Neighborhood:
Considered one of Christchurch's best areas to live. Right on the main road that leads from the airport into town. There is a completely seperate dwelling that only shares the driveway.
Getting Around:
Discover the convenience of Memorial Avenue, Burnside. Just 3 mins away from the airport, and with bus stops right at the front door, play ground within walking distance. You can explore all that Christchurch has to offer with ease!
Other Things to Note:
Our strict rules: No loud noise outside after 9:00 pm. We are in a residential area, we have asked our neighbours to let us know about the noise, if you don't think you can honour this, we ask you not to book.
We are sorry but the spa cant be used after 9pm. This is due to neighbours bedroom being very close the spa. They have asked us to set this rule.
No parties, any gathering without prior approval will result in an immediate cancellation, with no refund.
Checkout is 12am. If you need a late checkout you must request is 24 hours beforehand.
No smoking inside - any damage caused by smoking or animals inside will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee.
The house must be left in a reasonable state. Any extra cleaning required will be charged to you in full, at a rate of $60 per hour. Any damage, spills, or stain must be reported, if needed you may be charged for cost of replacement or cleaning.
Please note there are Amazon Alexa devices in this property, and there is a video doorbell on the front door. Also a Minut decibel reader outside.
