The front desk trainee staff when we were checking in was very slow and have a very bad memory. Gave us a wrong parking spot, and said “apparently I haven’t checked you in” when she literally checked us in less than 10 mins ago. And I was holding the room key card. I understand is trainee, but can do better.

Luxury and great restaurant and bar!
Lovely new hotel in excellent location. Comfortable room with great space. Excellent shower and facilities. Loved the happy hour and slow food restaurant - Hoipolloi. Would definitely stay again as great value for the price. Staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful.
