The hotel location is unbeatable, next to the Central Park. We had dinner in the restaurant upstairs : food was delicious, the service was excellent. The only drawback was a neighbor blasting music noise late at night, it wasn’t bad if you are not sensitive, but we could hear the music vibration.

It is a very decent hotel, with a pleasant interior, very conveniently located in the heart of Chisinau, which I really appreciated. And breakfast was great, too. The only thing I found lacking was the mattress. It was really hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, everyone and everything were great.

Wonderful staff and very helpfull. I felt welcome and greeted in a friendly manner. The reception made a calls to help me to get to hotel. Upon arriving I was helped with bags. The room had very large panoramic view of Chisenau.The room was very clean. The mattress had springs in it but I slept well on it. The breakfasts were outstanding. The very wide selection including local Moldova bakery, other dishes blended with classic breakfast choices. I truly enjoyed food. The cafe had very nice selection and cool music. I felt relaxed and enjoyed every moment. The gentelman working in a bar helped me to leave bags till I had other hotel arrangements. This gave me an opportunity to spend time at the Vine festival. I enjoyed staying at the Bristol a lot. Everyone was nice, answered my room calls and responded with help. I would highly reccomend the hotel. Readonable deal and super Value. The only thing that could be improved is using elevator with house keaping was quite odd. The elevator designed as a small size. Few times sbout 4 within 2 nights stay i had to ride elevator with buckets full of dirty water, 2 large carts with laundfy, cleaning supplies etc. I was late for appointments and riding in a small elevator where housekeeping surrounds You wiith fully loaded carts and pin You to the wall was not quite plesant. It should be used as dedicated other elevator or if passengers inside the housekeeping should be not jumping infront and leaving you tiny space in the corner

We arrived around 1am (late flight). Check in was very smooth. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, free bottled water, TV, en suite bathroom etc everything to a high standard. Although a weekday, breakfast staying open till 11 was good for us, and the range and quality of the buffet breakfast was good.

Great hotel in the best location in Chisinau

Amazing hotel right in the center of Chisinau. Huge room beautifully decorated. Very good breakfast. We saw some stains on the sheets when we arrived but they changed it immediately.

During our stay, we were very disappointed to discover an extremely unhygienic item—a used condom—under the bed. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and thoroughness of the room’s preparation. I urge management to review their housekeeping protocols to ensure this doesn’t happen to other guests
