Sheets were fine. Comforters hadn’t been washed and had stuff on them. Staff washed them and returned them. Dust ruffles were dirty. Bathtub peeling. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. Carpets were vacuumed but felt dirty. Won’t stay here again.

It was an emergency trip so reservations was made last minute. There was cockroaches in the tub. the beds were clean and comfortable.. It did ok in a bind. probably would not stay again.

I would never stay at this property again. The stuff is awesome but that is the only good thing I can say. The white curtains were covered in mold. The carpet was nasty and sticky along with the chair that was in the room. The bathtub had cracks and was chipping and it looked like someone had kicked the door in. Keep going. This is not the place to stay.

Their computer system was down and they required me to place a cash security deposit before I could check in. The room was very run down and extremely dirty. Had I not prepaid through Expedia we would have left. Nothing says Quality about this property.

Wow, Hotels.com really dropped the ball with this one! I booked an $87 room with 2 beds that ended up costing $107 after tax, >>>plus a $50 deposit<<<, in addition to 2 $33 pet fees for 2 small dogs, for a total of $212 for a sham of a motel. From there, we went to the room which wreaked of cigarette smoke, the bedding had burn holes, as well as what looked to be spots on the bedskirt where a dog had lifted its leg to pee. But it didnt stop there...The lock near the top of the door was broken, er, um, not there. The bathtubs enamel was chipped off in huge areas, along with a rust ring around the drain. If you don’t mind being RIPPED OFF and possibly assaulted, pass this "Quality Inn" as fast as you can!

Never cleaned my room in the 4 days i was there found food and cup in the microwave when i checked in all the staff did was throw it away orher people had the chairs outside their room with a bunch of beer cans left out all night clothes hanging over the balconies really not worth the money i paid breakfast was a waffle nothing else and only 1 waffle maker definitely wont stay here again

The staff was friendly. The room smelled a luttle stale at first but after putting on air it was fine. Plenty of places to eat, walmart is right across the street, car wash next door and a few gas stations right near by. Super convenient, quiet and we felt safe.

We chose this motel because it was 8/10 rating on Hotels.com. The rooms are DISGUSTING. Mold on the curtains, ceiling and bathroom. It smells terrible. The beds are hard. Our feet were black after walking around the room with no shoes. We had the air turned all the way down and we were still sweating. By the looks of it and how bad it was I can tell this is most likely in an issue in every room. The pool was full of ants. Wouldn’t recommend especially with kids. There are people smoking and drinking in the parking lot all night with loud music. The ONLY thing I can say was okay was the breakfast. They had fresh fruit, bagels, cereal, and a waffle maker. I did not expect a fancy room for the price but this was absolutely terrible.
