Family/pet-friendly farmstay w/ pool, bbq, play area near parque warner madrid

Casa De Kamla is a sunny farmhouse in Chinchón, a historical village 30mins south of Madrid city.

It's a charming 3-bedroom eco-friendly vintage stone house. We have lots of flowers, trees, and all essential modern amenities.

There's a spacious farm next to the house and a little canal with water softly flowing through it throughout the year; an outdoor space with BBQ; a children's play area with a treehouse and a swimming pool; a chicken garden & a friendly dog that lives on the farm, Akira.

The space
The stone house has a living room, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen stocked with basic supplies and equipped with regular amenities like an oven, a fridge, a washing machine, an electric cooktop etc.

There is one full bathroom.

Room 1: has a double bed and sleeps 2 people. There is closet for clothes.

Room 2: has a twin bunk bed and a single bed. it sleeps 3 adults.

Room 3: has a twin bunk bed and a single bed. it sleeps 3 adults.

Room 4: has a double bed and sleeps 2 adults

There is a patio, a swimming pool, a BBQ section, a large seating area, a children's play area, a long driveway to park at least 2 cars, a terrace, a chicken feeding area, and a large farmland adjacent to the house.

Access to the storage rooms and worker's quarters are restricted.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house except for the storage rooms and the worker's quarters. They have the place to themselves and the host or any worker does not stay on the premises.

Other things to note
Akira the dog usually stays on the farm. She is a quiet and friendly dog who usually keeps to herself and is not a threat to anyone. However, if you are not comfortable with pets on property for any reason, or if you have pets, it can be arranged to have Akira stay somewhere else.
