It is located on a busy thoroughfare but otherwise good…we had a 5 yr old with us so the pool was a draw and we were just there for one night so perfect for that

Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff. Convenient location of the restaurant and the breakfast bar. Didn't like: -was pitch dark upon entry into the room, had to re-open the door to find the hallway light switch. Blinds were closed and no other light present -light was flickering for about 3 seconds every time I turned it on - possible wiring issues? -toilet bowl was releasing water every 5-10 minutes, continuously, possible issues with the toilet flap system?. Made very loud noise every time it was refiling with water, disturbing during sleep times -no shower cap available, as part of the mini bathroom amenities -no extra blanket in the room in case it is needed -wasn't able to locate the writing pad and a pen in the room -No clear instructions how to set up Wi-Fi, and there is no information in the room regarding continental breakfast times -Elevator works, but is very slow

This was a decent spot to find ourselves with five children after having enjoyed a day at the Cultus Lake water park. The included breakfast was good although very busy in the room if you pick the wrong time. The pool facilities had been heavily used that day as the hot tub was not awesome. The rooms were nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. Service from the staff was quick and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Quietish, AC in room was noisy it’s time for hotels to swap these older AC units to heat pumps. Save money and quiet.
