Es un hotel muy sencillo, solamente para dormir. No tienen opciones de comida, la alberca está al aire libre pero no está climatizada lo que es imposible utilizarla. El personal es muy atento y están pendientes de las necesidades de los huéspedes.

It is a new brand hotel -- pros and cons
The building looks new, and it has some pros and cons. As pro, you have new installations and the staff is really nice, (definitely they were the best). The room is warm, which is good, the beds were comfort and clean. The bathroom was OK, but... it lacks of personality, the room was like a room without personality, I think is because everything was new, but... I don't think is memorable, they give you shampoo and soap, but not pretty. I hope it improves that in the future, because the installations are really nice.

Quiet Hotel
Hotel is about 10 blocks away from the downtown, out of the main business area which is good, the downtown can be busy with a lot of traffic and people. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, rooms are clean, beds are not bad and you will notice that there is no AC but you really will not miss it at all. The local weather is perfect, my visit was in summer where the weather was reaching or exceeding 100F in other places, here at night was on the 60's.

Los cuartos son bastante cómodos, la piscina es de buen tamaño y aunque el agua está a temperatura ambiente, es muy agradable su espacio. Los que atienden son muy amables y empáticos.

Con gusto me hospedo nuevamente.
Excelente opción de hospedaje, las camas limpias y cómodas incluso para el clima frío vivido en Chignahuapan, personal siempre muy amable y eficiente. Sólo percibí que a los closets se les metía un poco la humedad, favor de revisar este punto, espero que próximamente puedan contar con el restaurante abierto, pero fuera ese par de detalles disfrutamos mucho la estancia en sus muy buenas instalaciones.

Una de las razones por las que reservé en este hotel es porque la oferta indicaba DESAYUNO INCLUIDO , sin embargo ya estando en el hotel nos dijeron que no había servicio de comedor. Chignahuapan es un lugar frío, el hecho de que no hubiera comedor te obliga a salir a buscar lugares dónde comer y fue incómodo andar buscando a los al rededores con frío y lluvia. El hotel es cómodo, pero se pierde la comodidad debido a este tema.
