Great House for Chico State Visitors!
We used this house as our home base for the 2024 Chico State Parent weekend. We were up visiting our Freshman daughter. It was an excellent location and was perfect for the occasion. Great communication from the host and just a great overall experience. Would recommend for families looking for a similar type of visit to Chico!

Perfect Home for All Ages
We loved everything from the booking to the end of our stay. I’ve never dealt with such a warm, hospitable host as Stephanie. They have thought of everything for their home, even supplying a lighter for the bbq and an ice chest out by the pool. The beds were super comfy and we all had a wonderful time. I will definitely want this home again on our next visit to Chico.

Home away from home
This is our second time staying at the house and we booked our trip while sitting by the pool during our last visit. We loved it so much. The house is clean and comfortable. You feel like you’re at a friend’s house or your favorite aunts house. It’s not barely furnished with four forks and knives. It’s a fully loaded kitchen, two ice chests by the pool, big soft couches, games, first aid kit, everything in the house is meant for your use. The owner is so nice and helpful. The communication was perfect. I can’t recommend this house enough.

Graduation Vacation!
We live in town, but we had friends and family visiting for the high school graduation of our son. This weekend getaway was a wonderful place to celebrate! The house is centrally located in town and even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. We had an amazing time barbecuing, swimming, and socializing, and the inside of the house slept our visiting family comfortably. Great communication with the host. Thank you for the perfect send-off venue for our youngest.

My mom, my cousins, and I stayed at the house, and other family who were in town for a family event were able to drop in easily. We shared meals together (kitchen had everything we could need!) and had fun splashing and relaxing in the pool and backyard. Very comfortable and hospitable.

First off the hosts were extremely friendly and communicative. Very kind and offered lots of helpful tips and suggestions for around the house and in town. The house is delightful, with a kitchen with every utensil one could possibly need. The place was clean except some of the pots in the kitchen cabinet were not clean and had to be re-washed. The beds are VERY comfortable and the linens very soft. That was a definite plus! We loved the Jacuzzi! We had not seen one with lights and a waterfall before. It was nice to have a piano as one of our group plays. Also the backyard is nice to hang out and lots of places to sit and socialize. Overall we were very pleased with the place.

We loved staying at this property! The house was equipped with everything we needed to have a great time! Everything was clean and well organized. Our family loved the pool & spa! Stephanie was awesome host! Anytime I had a question I was able to text her or call her directly with no problems. I would recommend this property for a fun family getaway! It’s close to downtown, grocery stores and lots of restaurants. We would definitely come back!
