Welcome to an artfully redone older Chico abode. We use wood-style art elements to give the home character looking to create rustic charm and comfort. Relax in the living area, where natural light bounces against the wood elements. Culinary enthusiasts will adore the spacious kitchen, ready to inspire your next dish. Enjoy our comfy king bed.

If you're new to Truckee, heads up: it's a local norm not to leave food (including pet food) or fragrances in your vehicle. Just a friendly reminder to keep you in the loop! :)

We take great care in maintaining our grounds, and we're proud to have a dedicated gardener. Currently, he doesn't follow a fixed schedule but tends to the garden whenever he believes it's time for some care. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our green spaces!

Property was not clean when we showed up. Floors were dirty and beds left not made and unclean. House is very outdated. Heaters hardly worked. Heater in the living room we had to turn the thermostat to max for it to turn on and the one in the main bedroom seemed to not work at all. We had to wash the bedsheets before using. Luckily they did have a washer and dryer out back but the dryer also didnt seem to work properly.
