Detached villa in a residential area, with direct views of the golf course, located in the Loma del Novo Sancti Petri, in Chiclana (Cádiz), one kilometer from the Barrosa beach and opposite the Tartessos shopping center.
The house has a garden, a bungalow and picnic area, different living areas, 3.5 x 9 m saline pool, lighted, and barbecue area with dining room. Parking for three cars inside the property. The whole house and the bungalow have air conditioning and wifi.

Ideal space for families (nine adults and two children can be accommodated in the house), very quiet residential area, with nearby services (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants ..). Very well connected to the beach and the highway. Various types of sports can be practiced (cycling, motor paragliding, golf, horse riding, paddle and tennis, water sports)
