It was a very reasonably priced suite, lovely grounds, tucked in the bustle of Schaumburg’s Woodfield neighborhoods. Our suite was perfect for two travelers!

Easy Parking, Pet Friendly, Great Staff - However, Super Noisy. Other guests with pets and other people in and out all evening. The facility is clean and very spacious. The Interior furnishings are all vinyl so I felt like I was in a hospital. Not super comfortable furniture. The bed had nice clean linens and the bed was comfortable. The shower didn't work. Did not discover this until trying to pull the shower stop and it was stuck. I did report this to the staff.

There were some issues with the bathroom. The shower seat had mold on it and the shower walls need replastering. Also, there were a lot of spiders and spider webs that need cleaning.

When we got to our room there wasn’t any bedding for the pull out bed. They didn’t give us the the wi-fi information. Then when we went to get ready for bed we realized that they had not even provided any soap for us to wash our hands with.

The room was nice and spacious. The check-in process was smooth. The area was quiet and I felt safe. There were a few issues with cleanliness. We had to clean the bathrooms before using them. One of the bathrooms had two empty soap dispensers in the shower with dried up soap and no soap at the sink to wash hands. Also, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the dishes in the cabinet were half cleaned. There was no linen available in the room for the let out couch. When I called the front desk I was told I had to walk over and get them from the front desk. It would have been more convenient if room service was avaliable to bring the items to the room or if the items were available inside the room as it is at a standard hotel, especially since we had to go outside and drive over to the front desk area. Overall, it was a good stay and with these things addressed, I would stay again.
