Rooms are dark, dingy, filthy carpet, filthy windows, this isn’t isolated this is the condition throughout. Not enough staff wait time at the desk was unacceptable. When I asked about the Internet I was told it’s very slow due to Hotel capacity. However, I was later told that they were at low capacity and their Internet was always slow. I way over paid for this place. I don’t recommend!

If you are not there for a wedding - ask for rooms that are away from the open areas like room 417 or 18. Had a nice stay and did not hear the two big weddings going on at all!

It doesn't have an excellent location, but it's convenient. The hotel is very nice. The room is very nice. If the reception was more friendly when you arrived, it would be perfect. Add the breakfast was excellent

Awesome stay. We got the king suite which divided the bedroom from the living room/sofa bed. It allowed our teenager to have a her room next to us.

It was best customer service. Clean and organised. The only problem which we mentioned during checking out that the AC fan was too loud specifically during the night was disturbing the sleep. Hope that issue get fixed for next customers.
