The hotel had no rooms even though Orbitz confirmed the room. I had to drive 3 hours home to arrive at 3:30 AM!!!
This property has a good, airport transportation service.
Found several cockroaches and flies in the room, the mattresses were stained and yellow, and there was standing water in the shower. Staff was apathetic and unhelpful and did nothing to try to fix the situation. Front desk manager confirmed the room had been cleaned so clearly not doing his job at all. Would recommend leaving and getting a room at any of the other hotels nearby.
T he first room hadnt been clean and lacked basici things ljke towels and a working ac. The 2nd one looked sort of clean there was a stain in the toilet the ac still didnt work ans the tv didnt work but atleast we had towels. The number was pro was the friendly staff and the price. However i wouldn't stay here again unless its all i could afford
We were extremely disappointed in the hotel… we had to go buy our own towel as they continued to never bring us toweled after having to ask 4 different times… the first room they put us in the AC didn’t work and the second room there was blood on the mattress… we stayed for 6 days and never once received any house keeping
Two stars for location only, as the area has lots of food options and public transport to the mall is literally across the street. This is not my first Red Roof Inn experience, but it was my first time in one this bad. I wish you could upload photos to Expedia - aside from smelling gross, there were visible holes in both the bed sheet and the quilt. Two of the lamps in the room, and the alarm clock didn’t work (one lamp didn’t even have a bulb). There was obvious mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And the desk chair fabric was literally flaking off and disintegrating - like LITERALLY peeling off. I had to drape a towel over the seat. A mess.
First room could not enter, key pad inop. Second room had dirty/dusty furniture and bed linen had smoke burns on it. No bathroom shampoo/conditioner, remote didn't work, loud neighbors and stood outside my front door smoking on cell phone. There was smokers everywhere including the staff outside font entrance of front desk.
The workers there have great customer service. The room I got wasn’t broken and they gave me another room with no questions asked. Probably wouldn’t be my next choice of hotels but the area has some good perks
