This was our 2nd time staying at the Radisson Blu Aqua. It located in the heart of downtown Chicago within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, & sights. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, & accommodating. Our room was clean and had a fantastic view of the city. We did not eat at the restaurant & bar as it was expensive and more than we were willing to pay. We did use the gym and it is a tricked out gym, one of the best. Would recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, staff very nice and helpful. I used the hot tub and the gym. I have been to the hotel's banquet room before for work events. I ordered breakfast and it was yummy. One suggestion, you always hear people say this abt hotels. Oh the lobby smelled soo good. Well my only suggestion is to put that same air freshener in the rooms. The room had that closed up dusty smell.Otber than that my stay was great. I can't wait to go back.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Great location. Very good grocery open late a block away. Check in and check out very easy. Self parking is a labyrinthine hell. Signs and directions are misleading, random dead ends, gated off private areas, incredibly cramped with concrete pillars everywhere. They have a pressure sensitive mini bar, anything moves and you’re immediately billed. They put this uncovered on one of the few tables intentionally (at least the staff warn you). AC was pitiful.
