Anyguest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

7.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

9.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

Great space
We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Very clean and comfortable. We walked to the Blue line. There is not a lot around in the commercial area nearby. The kitchen could use a few more larger pots and pans. Otherwise, space is very accommodating and easy to access.

Quick Convenient Cozy Getaway
My family and I unfortunately had to make an emergency booking for an out of town stay. We booked this Tri-Taylor condo/apartment in Feb 2023 and it was suitable for our needs. Location was close to the city and nearby hangouts for dining. It was very clean, provided all the little necessities we needed. The beauty with this unit is the garage space that comes with it. That was a major plus for us. We were able to have a designated park and not have to worry about parking on the street. If I had to recommend a change it would be to change out the furniture in the front room to accommodate "comfortable" seating for the amount of people it houses. I would include a love seat as well so everyone could be comfortable after a long day of excursions. All in all, I would stay again. We enjoyed it.

Family Chicago Stay
Some initial issues after checking but they were quickly taken care of by the management and no issues after that. Garage was great since we had rented a car, one person in our group had mobility issues so being on the ground floor was great too. Location was good for driving in to downtown. Grocery stores 10-15 minutes away by car.

Very disappointing stay
I have been using VRBO, Worldwide, for many years. Trip to Sicily this last summer and lots of corporate stays. This properly has issues. Bottom floor unit and heard footsteps/boots late each night. No sound barrier for upstairs and separate unit, upstairs. Neighborhood on the same street as an industrial/commercial business park and many trucks , early am (between 5:00am-7am) woke me birth weekday mornings. Saturday was not an issue, so I got one good morning. Location was excellent, close to the City and in between both Airports. However, it wasn’t a good stay.
