Our Roscoe Village two-bedroom condo is a spacious converted storefront that can accommodate up to six people - which is great, since this neighborhood has so much to offer! There are incredible restaurants, antiquing, we're a short walk to Wrigleyville, and about a half hour on the CTA to the Loop. I provide all the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable. Toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens and even coffee and tea!


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Anyguest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.

7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

9.) Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only.  Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.

10.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

Short Weekend Getaway
This place was in a good neighborhood for walking to get to restaurants and Wrigley Field. It was clean and had a lot of the necessities, including body wash and shampoo. The parking was a bit difficult to find a place to park on the street. The beds were very firm, and the sheets felt like sandpaper. There were blow-up mattresses for convenience. The walls and ceilings were thin, so you could here all the noises.

Great place for a family!
Lovely and very unique property in a nice neighborhood. We stayed at this apartment for a week with two small kids, 1 and 3 years old. The place is very spacious. We really liked that the bedrooms had both blinds and curtains, perfect setup to make room dark for the afternoon nap. The apartment was fairly clean. Check-in/out process was easy. Overall, a great experience!

Great Place in Great Neighborhood
We stayed here while in town for concerts at Wrigley Field. It is just over a mile walk from Wrigley and we walked home both nights. There are a few bars/restaurants down the block and all had great staff, food, and beverages. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance also. We had no hot water upon arrival. We make a call right away. The repairman arrived and said the water heater was leaking. The replacement was done quickly on holiday weekend. They refunded us some money for the inconvenience which was awesome. Great communication from everyone I had contact with. I thought check-in and out was easy. The place was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Street parking is the option. We arrived Thursday afternoon and found a spot across the street. The car did not move until we drove home Sunday morning. The corner is a 4-way stop for cars and an easy pick up location for Uber. We did use Uber a couple times for longer trips. Otherwise we were able to walk. Overall this was a great place for out stay. We would stay here again.

Long weekend fun, however w a tough start
Loved the location in Roscoe village, the layout of the apt (very spacious!), and the cleanliness. Surprised to find there was no bleach available considering all towels and bed sheets were white. Thanks for providing laundry detergent and dishwasher fluid. Difficulty getting into apartment initially bc apparently i did not verify my stay. Although i had booked the apt through VRBO with a confirmation, and paid the rent upfront, I was supposed to confirm the stay again through the property management company via an email they sent about 3 or 4 days prior to check in. I was not aware of this, and did recieve the email, but it looked so much like a phishing attempt i did not answer it. I would upload a screenshot of the email but i am not able to on this form. Next time when someone books on VRBO and allows the payment to go through, please let the tenant know to look out for an email from All Set! Be aware this property has many hands in its pot - Red Awning owns the property, All-Set manages the property, and All set hires 'hosts' who can come in to adjust anything you need (ie, our thermostat needed a new battery and we didnt know how to fix). Overall good stay. Please read your reviews carefully!

Would stay here again for sure!
We were very pleased with this place. We always found street parking, right out front or within a block. The neighborhood is fantastic - we walked to Trader Jos and Whole foods and several great restaurants. Our main complaint was we could not adjust the thermostat. We stayed 7 days. We had to wash towels but they had a nice washer /dryer. If you stay here, you may want to bring a device like an Apple TV because the living room tvs won't work without it. Also bring, coffee, a can opener and hangers. We were pleased with how quiet it was.

First off the location is absolutely adorable! Great neighborhood and just right outside of downtown. The place was incredibly spacious and clean. Walking distance from shops and restaurants and coffee places. I would highly recommend.

Exactly As Advertised
It’s not a glamorous place, but there’s plenty of room, its appointments are fine and the location has incredible walkability. I was a local to this neighborhood several years ago, and it easily gives you access to the things which make the area great. You can hop on the L to get out of the area or you can spend your time walking, eating, drinking and relaxing in Roscoe Village and Lakeview. Both options are only a couple blocks away.

Fun get-away
The property is in a great location with a corner mart nearby and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was never an issue for us. The kitchen was stocked with glasses, plates, pots and pans and utensils. There was at least one hairdryer. The beds were comfy!!

Great neighborhood!
Wonderful neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay here! The listing pictures need to be updated as the living room furniture was not what is shown, as well as the bedding (bedding wasn’t a big deal, just different) There’s also a door that is blocked off which was a little creepy to me not knowing what it led to. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed including coffee, dish soap, paper towels. Having laundry was nice too and laundry soap was even provided for us. Lots of restaurants nearby including Starbucks ❤️ Brown Line is only an 8 minute walk to get downtown

Great place in the suburbs
The property is charming, and spacious. Great if traveling with another couple and want to stay outside the city. We lucked out and found ample parking near the rental unit. The beds were comfortable. And there is plenty of food and bars close by. I gave it a 4 star because it could use a deep clean, and broken curtain rods, and ripped furniture could be replaced. For the price you shouldn’t have this. This property is not close to Wrigley. It’s about a half hour walk, and it only close to the brown line which only runs every 15-45 min depending on the time of day.

Perfect location! Roscoe street is close with restaurants and shopping. Close to bus and Brown line. No problem finding on street parking. Roscoe Village is a great place to stay. Had everything we needed and very comfortable space.

Very nice apartment. I was worried that we are 6 and only have (2) beds but once I got there they have as described queen inflatable mattresses and the room were big so we did not feel cramped. I will definitely will stay there again. One comment is to change the living room couch as it is very old

Chicago Crime is Real
If you watch the news, you have likely heard about crime in Chicago. Because I grew-up in Chicago, I did not believe the crime could be as bad as reported but it is. When I came back to visit and stayed in a VRBO unit just a few blocks from where I raised my kids, my catalytic converter was stolen from my car, just 10 feet from where I was sleeping. It’s hard to feel safe when there are criminals right outside your bedroom. With the part on backorder, I have been stuck here without transportation or a way to get home. When I reported the crime to the VRBO owner, here’s what she said in her words... "It is an unfortunate event but very common in the city since you moved away in the fall. I think everyone I know has had theirs stolen all over the city this year. It's shame the police will not do anything about it.” Proceed with caution

We fell in LOVE with Roscoe Village!
There's plenty of space and charm in this converted storefront in the charming Roscoe Village neighborhood. Several small restaurants, shops and bars are within a block or two, and national grocery chains and pharmacies are located less than a mile away. Also a short walk to two CTA L train stations (Paulina & Addison) with easy access to everything. Everything was clearly and promptly communicated, and Sefanie even gave us suggestions for parking and a place to keep our luggage if needed.
