After a particular harrowing trip the staff here at the Marriott were warm and welcoming. I felt cared for and safe. The room was clean and pleasant and I was able to rest peacefully.

Little pricey for everything except room.
Older Marriott. The outlets in the room were very loose and you’re required to jiggle whatever you have plugged in to charge it. The bathroom outlet was pushed in beyond the wall & very loose. Pubic hair on the bathroom floor in the corners. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is not included and drinks are ala cart. $85 for 3 to eat eggs with coffee. Shuttle to airport was fine but we just should have used the very close CTA train. Drinks in the lounge are downtown bar prices.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom, not working at all.Light fixtures are rusty.. not worth the price i paid for.. Cold air coming in from outside. Coffeemaker is dirty!Not even a complimentary water.. I should say for $250/night at least water or clean coffeemaker will be ok..
