My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for a medical appointment, and we were pleased with the affordable pricing for our one-night stay. However, our experience with the breakfast service was disappointing. The server on duty on August 26, 2024, was unfriendly and rude to all guests. When my mother requested sausage links and pork sausages, she was told that she could not have a second serving or choose both options. Furthermore, the breakfast food was not warm enough, leading me to rate the breakfast as a 1. While the room was aesthetically pleasing, it had excessive moisture and contained hairs on the bathroom floors, shower, and sheets. Overall, this hotel needs improvement in customer service and room maintenance.

Simone checked us in and she was so wonderful, she took care of everything for us. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but I was disappointed in the free breakfast, not alot of selections, we went elsewhere for breakfast.

Location, location, location. The hotel is super close to Wills Tower and less than 15 minutes walking to Millennium Park. Transportation (buses) and big bus stops are close as well. The area is safe and we loved how easy it was to find places to eat. The ladies at the front desk were very kind, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious. Now, for the things that I personally didn’t like: The breakfast is not worth the price for those very limited options and last night (like at 11:45 PM to 2 AM) someone was kicking another room’s door and screaming to open the door. I was not able to sleep and you don’t want that to happen during your vacation. They should have a more active approach to these kind of situations.

We stayed 2 nights here and were very happy. It was clean and we felt safe. The front desk staff was lovely and kind. The beds were really soft, which I liked but the other guest did not so that is preference.

The breakfast was very good, with lots of options. The location was also nice and close to transit stations. We had an issue with our sink being clogged which was dealt with quickly. The shower wasn't the cleanest, but it was bearable. Overall, I'd stay here again.

Location is great - easy walk from the hotel to the river walk and a longer walk to Navy Pier. Right in the Loop, next to great public transit. We went on a weekend - streets were very quiet, lots of food options nearby and a Circle K and 7-11 a block away. Hotel itself was in good shape, clean with a parking garage next door. The fitness center was solid, with a good assortment of free weights and cardio equipment. My one quibble was with the included breakfast, which was below average. It gets VERY busy with guests with lineups for the waffle machines (they have three). By the time I got there they had run out of syrup and had very few toppings (jams and the like) available. The hot breakfast was limited to biscuits and gravy and pork/turkey sausage - no eggs. There were a couple cereals but, unusually for these breakfast buffets, no yoghurt. It wasn't tragic, but definitely was on the lower end of these standard hotel breakfasts I've encountered. That aside, the location was very convenient and the rooms were nice - nothing out of the ordinary, but nothing that would put you off.

The front desk staff was not friendly and welcoming at all.( I don’t know her name). August 17 evening was her shift). I did not see her smiling or welcoming our stay. She expected you to guess what’s going on. I also asked about the location of the parking which I was assuming it was free and I was being told that I will receive a text for the QR code, which was still vague for me, I had hard time activating the roaming and I preferred not to do that, next day I asked the other receptionist and she kindly helped me with the paper print, the suggestion that the other lady did not offer. When I was searching for the hotel I filtered to find a place with parking and if it was supposed not to be fre it should be clearly written in top not somewhere down in explanation that I overlooked until I was being Hegel the last day. The cleaning system is not convenient, there is no sign that you put on the door for ckeaning and you have to call or talk to the staff which is not convenient for everyone. The breakfast is minimal. But the location is great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Property was well maintained, clean and convenient for walking to many places on our must see list. Nice breakfast included. In a week long stay, our room was only entered once, so we had to make our own beds and ask for clean towels. Would definitely recommend this hotel though.
