Not worth the money, good location though
I paid and was told that I was getting a pull out couch by the front desk Ashley. I got to my room after arriving late and did not have a pull out couch. I called the front desk and basically was told too bad and there are no other rooms left. The Keurig machine in the room didn't work, the blinds were poor at best as they appeared to have wear and tear and were thin from the wear from the sunlight over time I assume. Breakfast was terrible, shower was a basic tub shower (something you would expect for a $120 a night hotel). The bed was terrible as well. There was some random guy that was just laying in the lobby all day on Saturday my first day at the hotel. On the flip side the soap was amazing and the location is good. I stay in around 50 hotels a year and this was by far the worst of my 2024 stays for the price.

Bathroom light and ten second fan running every time you turn on or off the light is excessive. Zero insulation via the vents in both the bathroom was terrible. When your neighbors are reenacting a lepus breeding documentary that they must have watched recently……….no bueno Never got a receipt for my stay despite asking for it to be printed (was told by front desk clerk - “in another account folio right now” and despite providing my email to the clerk.

Windows were filthy, breakfast was underwhelming (think very low end) and amenities are almost nonexistent. Feels frozen in time 15 years ago. Area around corner smells of garbage and weed. Good location, OK room. Very low frills.

Check-in and parking at the hotel was seamless. Staff was nice and all of them were on top of their jobs from the clerk, valet, maid, and service staff. Hotel is in a perfect location. Breakfast was nice, as was their happy hour. It set the tone for our trip to be hassle-free the whole weekend. Highly recommend.

Great hotel and location
My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious as was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. It’s a great location, close to the river and numerous restaurants and within walking distance to parks. The restaurant even has a happy hour with free wine! I definitely would stay again
