The Happy Hour and breakfast is Avery nice touch. Also, the staff is really friendly. Based on that and the location we definitely will stay again.

Great room but loud music on fri & sat nights
Great room and view. Clean and thorough maid service. Should have posted signs to reuse towels to save water, we come from a drought state. Should have a bathmat for inside tub. Good breakfast but room crowded and not enough seats for everyone. Quiet room first night, then could hear music from bar on street behind us until after midnight on fri & sat nights so could not sleep. Our room faced the street behind kinzie street, not the hotel entrance.

The Kinzie hotel is located in the downtown of Chicago. The personal is very friendly. The room & bathroom was very clean. The bedding is very comfortable

The vie from the window was an ugly alleyway which took all the joy out of staying in the city. Weve never had such a bad view from a Chicago hotel and therefore we don't desire to stay there again nor would we recommend it to friends and family since it was more expensive than other hotels we stay at in Chicago and the view was absolutely the worst ever

Good value and location!
Nice spot for visiting Chicago to eat and drink. Close to both Red Line and Orange line from Midway - short walk. Liked the happy hour and breakfast. Became a part of our daily agenda and good place to coordinate with our friends that we also staying. Met some nice people that were also guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. In the middle of the action with many good restaurants and bars nearby.

This was a wonderful experience. We loved the nightly happy hour with complimentary snacks and wine or beverage of choice. The air was fresh and clean in the room - no odors at all, which is very impressive! We will certainly stay here again, if we can.

The hotel staff are friendly, easy going, and helpful. Upon check-in, they informed us of everything within the hotel as well as giving us our waters. Simple, but appreciated. At check out they called ahead for taxi service for us who promptly arrived one minute later. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable! This is a huge component for me. I love traveling and appreciate when I know rooms are clean! The hotel is only one block from the Riverwalk and we were able to walk all the way out to Buckingham fountain and back. I recommend Harry carries for drinks and dinner, which is right across the street. Also, House the Blues is half a block away as well. Everything is right there for your needs.
