The Hotel manager Sebastian was of great help during the stay. Even through some difficulties, he always addressed the issues. I greatly appreciate the hospitality and the work he did to make sure the stay was great!

My stay at Hyatt Centric was overall pretty great. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very nice and clean. It was a very quiet stay and enjoyable. The hotel’s location downtown is very convenient and walkable, and we were able to find an affordable parking garage just a block down. The only little things that I wish were different were that there was no access to a microwave past 9:30 am, and the coffee in The Corner tasted burnt.

This hotel was positioned in walking distance to the theater. We found a great restaurant also in walking distance. The ladies when we first checked-in were polite but i didnt feel "welcomed". By the we came down an or so later the new people at the frint desk were delightful, big smiles and eager to assist us.

Perfectly located near everything we needed. Great room and friendly service. Only thing is the bed is lower than normal so it was odd, but comfortable. An all around great stay. The blackout blinds were awesome! Ill definitely chose this hotel again.

24 hours in Chicago
The hotel was located in a perfect location, right by everything. Me and my sister had drove down from Michigan for the Detroit lions football game. The room was clean, and they even allowed us to check in earlier than usual. The only thing that was surprising to me was that overnight parking was very expensive at a rate of $78 per night. If we would have been staying longer than one night indefinitely would not have extended my stay. Other than that everything was amazing
