I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Navy base and it had a pool and hot tub. The pool had mold all around the deck, on the chairs and tables, the pool was supposed to be heated seeing its winter time and it was so cold we could not, The hot tub was closed. Our room has spider webs in the corners and in the shower, the beds were very small as well as the blankets. The blankets had duve covers on the and the blankes inside look like a rat or something had ate through it, it had holes all over the blanket. We got locked out of our room for 30 min because the door was doing something weird. There was puke outside the exit door to our car. People were smoking cigarettes and weed in their rooms and nothing was done about. I took pictures and provided them and they still would not give a refund.

Hotel was kind of dated. Peeling paint , peeling ceiling , dated carpet. It’s not terrible but it’s seen better days. Breakfast was not good. The front desk young lady was awesome!

The breakfast customer service was terrible. The hotel needs updates one of our rooms didn’t have a microwave and coffee pot. The iron was dirty it spit stains on my dress. The tv in the lobby is broken . We were there on thanksgiving with 11 people wanting to watch the games we had to get another suite just to be able to fellowship together. The front desk staff was amazing.

Hallways needs renovation. Ceiling tiles are gross. Wall paper is pealing off. Walls are pulled back from baseboards. Tile was installed so badly in the hallway it’s shocking.

We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed our stay. This time the hotel looks like a ghost town. The bar was closed the breakfast which was included the first stay was no longer included and was very basic for what they charged. But the most important issue we had There was NO BAR SOAP to be found in the building. When we asked at the desk for bar soap for our room they said they ran out…in this age of post Covid. No soap for the customers was totally in acceptable.. we will not be staying here again

Its a bit creepy at night,alot of weirdos come out and it kinda seems like a motel at night but in the day time its feels totally safe and not at all creepy,during the night i was honestly scared to sleep there.

The lady who checked us in acted like we were inconveniencing her personal phone call. Gave us no information. The carpets in the public areas were disgusting. The hot tub was closed with no explanation. Housekeeping came super early even though we were checking out, and hadn’t checked out yet. Knocked 3 times, each time with us telling them we would be out at 9:30. The guy who checked us out was super nice, though.
