We arrived later in the evening, and there was a party going on down the hall in a conference room (? - maybe a banquet hall?) I was a little nervous that the sound would penetrate into our room, but it was nice and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was as noted on the website. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Exactly what we wanted.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was hot and plenty of choices. The location was convenient and easy to get in and out. The hotel was very clean - both the room and the common areas.

Bedbugs in the room and stained carpet. When the front desk was notified and asked to be placed in a different room, they refused. When we asked for some compensation, they refused and stated to resolve the issue with Expedia since the booking was made through them. Overall disappointed with the experience.

Our housekeeper failed to provide any clean towels, even though we reminder her that she did not give us any when she cleaned the room. The sleeper sofa was extraordinarily uncomfortable. Overall, the rooms were average, at best.

Honest review.
Not the best. But not terrible. I’d say the Hospitality of the front desk was very accommodating to items we needed during our stay 10/10. But as for the room I’d give it a 2/10. We had a suite and the beds weren’t that comfy in my opinion. Old and outdated colors and furniture too. Stains on the carpet and walls. The bathroom wasn’t bad at all 7/10. Except there was a no vent for when you shower. To let the hot air out. I was also hoping to use the hot tub amenity but it was broken. The pool isn’t heated and it was very cold. I’d say for the price you get what you pay for. I loved the free breakfast in the morning 8/10! Yummy :)

Good service, nice satisfying breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. The washrooms dont have any exhaust fans. There should be a kitchen sink in the suite. Didnt like the bath tubs. Too narrow and bathtub should also have a handshower. Hot tub in the swimming pool area not functional. Some popular tv channels not working. Overall would give an average or just good rating.
