Room was great. Very disappointed with the management. I was told the bill would be refunded fora mixup on the date. The front desk girl on Sunday night went into the office to consult the mgr. she came back and stated the Mgr will be reimbursing Hotels.com forth night of the15th. Hotels.com informed me today that Hilton is NOT responsible. I don’t like the way we have been treated.

Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Location across from the airport is quite convenient. Carry out café was good. Sit down restaurant had very tasty dinners and huge portions. Staff was consistentlyknowledgeable, polite, and cheerful.

It was just a fairly nice hotel. The rooms were not very soundproof - so busses and trucks and airplanes are trouble for any light sleeper. And the price was $350 for a night. Too much for too little. I will say that the staff was courteous.
