Room was clean, elevators were fast, AC kept it cold, hot water was piping, and it was great proximity to all that I wanted to do.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Just one staff handling the check in counter. Was a long wait before we got checked in. We were not asked if we needed complimentary water, we figured out the next day, when we asked about it and again has a long wait at the front desk since there was only 1 staff. There was no shower gel bottle, I ended up literally using the shampoo. The room usb plugs were not working and had to charge my phone, headset and watch with the plug in cable that i had carried. Not pleased with the service and experience was stressful especially since I was there to run the Chicago marathon.
