The hotel was lovely and the bar was nice. The room was very clean and incredibly comfortable. It was sad that there were so many kids running amuck Unsupervised and out of control. Also the food in the restaurant was awful. We had dinner there and it was so disappointing. The burger was a frozen patty and the pasta was bland and gummy.

We had one problem the chair in the living room was pulling apart and my husband and I both cut are leg on it. We reported it to the front desk when we checked out requesting it to be removed someone might get seriously hurt

Another great stay at this property. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There were many options, including made to order omelets. The staff in the breakfast area were efficient, helpful and professional. The complimentary snacks & drinks in the lobby in the evening were very nice too! Although the hotel is an older style property, it is kept cleaned and is very well maintained. You can tell they keep updated with the building and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Outdated rooms, I was hoping they would be a little better. Embassy Suites and this hotel in particular was always so packed with kids’ sports teams. If you don’t mind lots of kids running around on their own, in the pool, up and down the elevators, then this is the place for you. Lots of great food options for their free breakfasts.

The continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel by far. Made to order omelets, hot bar, zucchini bread, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more. Our room was very nice and spacious. One bed seemed a little tilted, but hardly noticeable, shower had great water pressure! Very safe area as well.

Even with a large group of young soccer players staying at the hotel, the hotel was really a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Will book again when we return to Deerfield.
