The stay was good i guess, but there is no pool at the hotel and we needed to wait for long time for the elevators, we also had to take the stairs from 6th floor with 2 kids and the luggages bc the elevators are so full. But we enjoyed the breakfast! Its just that i booked the hotel for the pool. I hope they informed us ahead of time so that i dont have to bring our swim suits and vest for the kids.

Toilet didn’t flush the entire time we were there asked several times for it to be serviced it was finally service the evening before we left. He plunged the toilet but it still didn’t flush we used the toilet in the mezzanine area. Wouldn’t stay again

I like the place was a good place and the staff are very welcoming. As one thing I didn't like I booked one bedroom King bed, I end up with two single beds. But they promise me to change in the morning and they didn't. I was not happy about it.

Great location. Fantastic staff. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Only issue we had was insufficient bath towels and front desk resolved this quickly. I would gladly stay here again without a doubt
