The stay was good i guess, but there is no pool at the hotel and we needed to wait for long time for the elevators, we also had to take the stairs from 6th floor with 2 kids and the luggages bc the elevators are so full. But we enjoyed the breakfast! Its just that i booked the hotel for the pool. I hope they informed us ahead of time so that i dont have to bring our swim suits and vest for the kids.

Took over an hour to check in and there was no sense of urgency from the staff whatsoever. The room is a great and clean but we were late to dinner and our baby missed a nap.

I like the place was a good place and the staff are very welcoming. As one thing I didn't like I booked one bedroom King bed, I end up with two single beds. But they promise me to change in the morning and they didn't. I was not happy about it.
