I have stayed here before and have always had issues with the rooms being “musty”. Again I reserved a golf view with balcony for 5 guests. I reserved 4 put of 5 got the golf view with balcony and unfortunately it was mine that did not. At check in the clerk said I did but after getting there I didn’t. Also they don’t clean the rooms during your stay. I would not recommend this place unless you have to stay there

It was a nice resort and rooms where nice and clean…. But the a/c in the room wasn’t working properly after a long day out when we arrived back to rest to was hot…. We didn’t want to pa k our stuff to move into another room so we open the balcony door and allowed the cool breeze from outside to cool the room. But I did inform staff upon check out we stay in room 1104

Very rude staff!!! The negative vibe of the property tells so much about the management. I couldn't see how this could be a 4 star property with very dingy and not at par bathrooms. During our stay they had some sort of plumbing issues at the property, which forced the city to shut off the water, which is understandable that emergencies happen, but the way their staff responded was not acceptable. The bathroom had scalding hot water because the cold water was shut off , my son almost got burned, and couldn't finish his shower. when we mentioned this on checkout, their reaction was well things happen n we can credit your $20 resort fee. I don't care about the resort fee, if we can spend money for a night then I don't think the $20 mattered. I would have rather have had them given us some sort of intimation of the issue , n be apologetic about the unfortunate situation, before we had to go tell it as a complaint. Even at check in the staff didn't go over the basic hotel amenities walk thru or the door policies anything.
