Metal skirt around bed frame was horribly noisy every time you moved. Property in process of renovation in lobby area. Elevator was inoperable one night and had to walk up 3 flights. Bathroom lacked some amenities like lotion, tissues… HVAC very noisy and finally just turned it off. Pillows were comfortable. Too costly for quality of property.

It’s a nice 4 star hotel located in the Lakeview neighborhood. Safe area, good restaurants and bars. Close to L and Wrigley Field. I could not adjust the AC.

Parking was not free even though Hotels.com said “free parking.” The hotel was being renovated which should be something guest should know ahead of time. The beds were harder than other hotels. Our room was clean and relatively quiet. A lot of workers in the halls due to renovations.

Great area of the city. Within walking distance of our venue. Lovely spacious room. Nice hot breakfast bar with waffles coffee juice yogurt. All the good stuff!! Definitely would go back

Crazy nice for a best western. The issue was two fold. The first is that they decided to change the rugs on one of the days we were staying there. We were woken up early in the am (before 7am) by the machines that removed the carpet. The second was that the power went out for about 5 hours during our stay.
