お世話になりました。朝食がとても美味しかったです。無料送迎バスがあるので、駅からの距離も気にならなかったです。スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。部屋も綺麗でほぼ満足ですが、部屋にあった壁掛け時計が時間ズレてたのだけ気になりました。

掃除が残念
3人で宿泊だったので2部屋お借りしました。 1部屋は、エアコンのカバーが開きっぱなし。お風呂の排水溝はヘドロで詰まってる。タオルに明らかなシミ。 もう一部屋は、ベットの下に、前客のお菓子のゴミ。 泊まった日がイベント日だったせいもあり、洗濯乾燥待ち時間が長く、行ったり来たりで、なかなか使えず、寝るのが夜中になってしまった。去年もそうだったので、イベント日は、時間制や予約制にするなど対応をしてもらえると、ゆっくり過ごせるかなぁ。と、思います。 フロントの方(1名)の対応が不親切でした。残念。 無料バス運転手の方は、とても感じがよく、気持ちよく利用出来ました。ありがとうございます。 あと、廊下が暑く、エレベーター待ちで汗だくでした。 ロビー?に、無料の氷やウォーターサーバーや、お茶などあり、嬉しかったです。 朝食は、レンチンや簡単なものですが、ご飯が美味しく、沢山食べました! 駐車場も安いので、お掃除は残念ですが、また利用します。

1,朝食会場のテーブルと座席の間隔が狭く、人が座ると歩けない。そのためか中央のテーブルは使用していない場所が目立つ。テーブル数を減らして回遊性を良くした方が顧客満足度は上がる。 2,夕食時電子レンジが一台しか無い為不便。少なくとも一階には2台は必要。理由は近くに飲食店がない為、近くのコンビニやスーパーで惣菜や弁当を買って来る人も目立つ。買って来て入浴後にレンジで温めて食事をしたい方は一定数いるはず。 改善のご検討よろしくお願いします。

イベントがあるため、こちらのホテルを利用しました。駅からホテルの送迎バスが有難かったです。部屋は禁煙がなかったので喫煙部屋だったので多少の匂いが気になりました。部屋は綺麗に清掃されてましたが浴槽の水の流れが悪くシャワーの水が溜まって流れないのが気になりました。朝食が付いてたは良かったです。
