Fantastic stay and wonderful staff. We arrived early and the hotel held our luggage for us, while we went shopping. Check in was quick. We had both the dinner and breakfast buffet and they had a good selection of dishes. Hotel is close to the airport and was glad they had an airport shuttle. Our family would definitely come back.

It was okay, very clean. Though very dated. If you are looking to be close to the airport its perfect. If you want to be closer to Tokyo, do not fly into Narita, do Haneda. Dinner in the hotel is not affordable 60k Yen, though you do get a 10% discount with your check in. There is a great Shopping Mall about 30 minutes away, 30k Yen each way.

Spent a couple of nites before flying back home from narita. Hourly bus transport is provided to the terminals, thus its very convient. Hotel is old, bf n dinner expensive and its located in an isolated place. There is free bus to narita station and aeon supermart, a huge cimplex a few times a day, to n fro. Cleaning room staff professional n receptipn services good.

This is the third time we stay in Narita Tobu airport hotel, we like this hotel cause we have shuttle back and forth to airport to hotel and vice versa. We enjoyed delish breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel. Although we can heard the noise from outside and the next room, but Ac work well for us to get comfort, beds are nice, clean room and spacious, nice view of the plane’s landing, and good hospitality of the staffs are the best. They also allowing us to late check out, of course with the fee, but we are very appreciative for their accommodation. We will always come back to the hotel anytime we visit to Japan, we like Narita airport and Narita Tobu Hotel.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here and we like the location, transfers to airport and the staff. We only stay here for the first nite of our trips to Japan. Convenient and easy access to the transfer bus.

The shuttle bus was very convenient. My room was in the west wing of the hotel and it was clean and quiet. The shower was one of the best I have ever had! English-speaking hotel clerks made the check-in and check-out easy. There was a gift shop and drugstore on site. I would absolutely recommend the Narita Tobu Hotel Airport and would not hesitate to stay there again.
