Great hotel
We have stayed at the Abode Chester and have never been disappointed. It is conveniently located for the city centre and the staff friendly and efficient. We will certainly stay again.

My overnight stay was very comfortable. The room and cleanliness was as good as any hotel i have stayed in. The let down was the dining room which was void of people The Menu cards old and grubby and service by inexperienced staff. A magnificent view of the Racecourse wasted.

Great hotel
Really smart hotel with the great added benefit of parking and a small gym. Gym was mostly cardio machines, 1 bench and dumbbells. Bed comfy and everywhere was clean and tidy. Badly placed full length mirror, but other than that 10 out 10 and we will be back!

First time staying here. The staff were excellent! Unfortunately we had a really awful meal at Havana in Chester when we got back to hotel we were hungry as not really eaten. They don’t do food room service but they sent some sweet potato fries up for us and they did not even charge a room service bill. We will be back.

We’ve stayed here lots of times and in different room types . Love the place . The only thing I would change is the size of the tv’s . They are small especially when you stay in the bigger rooms .

5* Abode Hotel Chester
Excellent hotel - room, location and roof top bar on 5th floor. Only problem(?) finding a socket for usb phone charging. BUT I found it behind/underneath bedside lamp switch. We’d never encountered one like this before and it seemed like receptionists hadn’t either! And only mentioning for future users. Other than that everything was fantastic. 5*

The hotel is in a brilliant location for Chester races, shopping and all the local restaurants. We booked multiple rooms for our clients and were all looked after very well. The rooms were clean, well equipped and there was an excellent choice of snacks in the room. We had a lovely view in our room. Parking was convenient underneath but also there’s another carpark opposite as well. Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel but trip ruined by the stench of skunk in the first room I was given. Room was swapped but the new room was dimly lit and seemed small in comparison. Great breakfast with attentive serving staff.
