Still a Great Place to Stay in Arlington
Comfort Inn Ballston is my preferred place to stay, if available and rate is reasonable, when I visit 'The DMV.' I have already stayed there several times. On my latest trip, my departure from home was delayed so I called the hotel late night and explained to Trinity at reception. She was very understanding and helpful. Ashka courteously assisted with my check-in when I did arrive, while Lem was so helpful and gave me a little extra time at check- out as my mobility issues sometimes slow things down. No worries. Just like times I have stayed before, the double-queen rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious. Did not go to all the a daily breakfasts, but when I did it was plentiful and tasty, with many hot and cold options. Great location by Ballston, on bus lines and near Metro (there is a hotel shuttle). Best of all, free hotel parking. Thanks to all, and hope to return soon. Regards. Philip

It was a great property with good amenities and breakfast option. The only thing that sucked was the elevator. There was legit only one elevator and it was a tiny one so was troublesome with multiple luggages and people. But otherwise room was spacious and clean

Check-in was easy. Parking was easy. I wish the cameras on the lower level parking were in operations but you could see clearly the wires to the camera had been cut. They had cameras on the car rental company side only. But all was fine. We would book here again. Great value.

A value conscious option for visiting DC
This hotel is located a short walk from the Ballston MU Metro station which gets you into DC conveniently. The hotel staff were friendly and professionally and the rooms are large and clean. Breakfast includes self serve waffles, two hot items, yogurt, toast and pastries, juices, coffee, etc.

Perfect for our use / weekend in town
Great location for our use for a weekend to visit friends. Hotel felt safe, plenty of parking since we drove into town. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. For the price point, perfect hotel. If you need nicer, you need to spend more. The hotel is dated but not really worn out. Would stay again when in town again.
