WHERE DO I START?
AS A FREQUENT TRAVELER, THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT !!
THE GENTELMAN AT THE FRONT DESK DID NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH SO IT WAS HARD FOR ME TO COMMUNICATE WITH HIM AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN.
THE ROOM HAD NO HOT WATER. NO TOWELLS.NO BATH SOAP. NO TOILET PAPER. NO WI-FI. NO TV.
THE WORST PART WAS WHEN I WENT TO LAY IN BED.
THE BED WAS COVERED WITH BLOOD STAINS AND IT WAS INFECTED WITH BED BUGS.
I WAS SO DISGUSTED WITH THE ROOM I HAD TO LEAVE THE ROOM AND WAIT FOR MY TOUR GUY TO PICK ME UP AFTER I HAD TO CALL HIM AT 5:00 AM SO HE CAN GET ME OUT OF THAT PLACE.
MY BOOKING WAS FOR 9 DAYS.
I SPENT LESS THAN 2 HOURS AT THE HOTEL, BEFORE I HAD TO BASICALLY RUN OUT OF THERE.
I TOOK A LOST OF ALMOST $400 DOLLARS !!
I COULDN'T GET A REFUND BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY CHECKED IN.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY !!
