The windows are not double glazed, and the room was quite noisy at night due to nearby bars and traffic. Otherwise, it is a historic building in a central location, and the room was spacious and clean.

Room was too hot and troom 121 was ver noisy. No view and air condition units outside. Air conditioning was set at 18 wouldn't go any lower had to use a fan.

I was looking forward to staying at The Queens but on arrival discovered that there was no outside area. The patio area was closed due to re-furbishment. The middle of summer seems an odd time to do that. There was no mention of this on their website. I told a few members of staff of my disappointment but got no reaction. I wouldn't have stayed there if I'd known.

A beautiful hotel in the best part of . Cheltenham. I was disappointed that the outside space was unusable- work in progress. I felt that the car park should have been free for residents. The evening dining options were limited. Otherwise a good choice.

The hotel exterior gorgeous. The interior old and worn _ the furniture should go to a charity shop. Toiletries poor. Carpet old and worn. View from window was of scaffolding and walls. Duvet cover too large for duvet. Heating questionable. Not 4 star worthy. Receptionist excellent!

Our stay at Queens was excellent. The room wasn’t particulatly big, but it was very cosy and we had pretty much everything we needed inside. The area was also quite nice, with a lot of nice restaurants. As for the breakfast, we chose to have it at the property. £20 gets you a a full english plus a continental buffet, with all food being very nice. Overall a very nice stay, and an excellent location if planning a Costwolds trip.
