Cozy cabin
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. The host was very responsive, the location was just lovely with a view of the lake and just a short walk to the water and adjacent jogging path. It was the prefect place for us to make day trips to the upper peninsula. The house was well stocked and even nicer than the pictures. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the cabin. Location is perfect on rainy days to explore. We headed to the UP, Petoskey, and Boyne. Missy was responsive. There is a bit of a walk to the beach. Since we brought our boat, we parked our truck in front of the beach area which helped with hauling stuff down. The only issue we had, was bringing our boat, which is a 23 ft pontoon with a 30 ft trailer. The road is a one lane road which we had no idea and was nearly impossible for us to get our boat to the cabin as it was too windy to out in the water on arrival day. Otherwise our stay was great!

Family Sleeping Point for Day Trips
The home and properly are lovely. It is not walkable or even a close drive to markets or stores (10 minutes or more). It is a close walk to the private beach and a groomed walking/bike trail along the beach. We were very comfortable in the home and used it as a base camp for our excursions to Mackinac Island and Aloha State Park.

A true Northern Michigan getaway! We enjoyed a cozy fire in the fireplace, game night in the spacious living area, and had so much fun cooking meals for a large group in the kitchen that never left us wanting for anything. The hosts were amazing and flexible with our arrival and departure. We will definitely stay again!

Nice place
We had a nice time at this location. Close to town. We were scolded by neighbors for using the beach that was recommended by the owner since it’s a “private beach”. Topinabee is such a cute town, loved spending a day by the water and letting the kiddos play at the park. Place was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. I would stay here again 👍

Quaint little cabin
Loved the home feeling I got when we first arrived. The wife loved the kitchen, that seems to have been updated recently with stainless steel appliances. Location near the lake was also a beautiful sight. Would recommend staying here if you want to see Northern Michigan.

Modern, cozy cottage nicer than pictures show
My husband and immediate family rented this cottage for a week in an area we knew well already. It was nicer than it appeared in pictures, spacious and cozy. Very nice modern appliances all worked well as did plumbing. Beach access very nice and great for small children. Good swimming. Walk to beach is longer than we anticipated through the association so we recommend bringing a beach cart or stroller if you have a lot of beach stuff. Very nice stay.

Loved Michigan!!
We had a wonderful vacation. Missy and Darrell were easy to reach, very communicative, and thoughtfully offered an early check in when the previous renters left early. The home was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious and kitchen well stocked with anticipated amenities. Loved having the washer/dryer. We have family who live on Mullet Lake so we did not access lake property associated with the rental which was a short walk through the woods and across the street. The lake was clean with a sandy beach. It’s a beautiful area. There is so much more to see and do than I realized. Ship wreck museum (Edmund Fitzgerald), Cross in the Woods, Tahquamenon Falls, Mackinaw, great shopping and restaurants. This was our first trip here and we will be back and would be interested in renting their home again. Thank you!!

Even better than expected!
This cabin was perfect for our girls weekend. We enjoyed the yard, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, and ample parking. It was a convenient drive to Mackinaw City for a day at the island. We didn’t make it to the beach, but next time! Missy was easy to contact when we had questions as well. Loved it!
