Upon checking in and getting to our room, we saw many live cockroaches and decided to leave. Everyone at check in and even check out were very friendly considering the circumstances.

I felt they could have been more accommodating when it came to making sure all guests are given fresh towels daily. And there should be adult swim hours between 9-12 for 21 and up. Just a suggestion.

I could not even get in to the hotel for check in. When I called the number listed, the operator said, you need to call the property directly. When i asked for the number, she hung up on me. I paid for nothing and will NEVER use your website again!

We enjoyed our stay and we would stay again. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the pool hours. I feel like closing the pool at 9 on a summer Saturday night was a bit ridiculous. Also we had a balcony room and would have loved to sit out there and enjoy it but there was no furniture at all. Breakfast was great! Service was excellent.
