Property was old, furniture run down. Literally had the smell of marijuana throughout the property, down hallways, in elevator. Had to pay $20/day to park- yet the gate stayed broke the whole time for anyone to come and go as they pleased. Area directly around hotel didn’t feel safe at all.

Stayed with a group for a long weekend in a few rooms. Fantastic location right off the highway. The rooms are very tidy and clean. The staff is very friendly from the receptionist, housekeeping, and cooking staff. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars for condition's and facility was for a few reasons. There is definitely wear and tear on the couches inside the lobby and in the rooms rooms. The doors don't lock to the public at night for key card access in the back parking lot so anyone off the street could walk in. The parking lot the arms that rise and fall to make you pay to park were broke so anyone could come in and out.

Back breaking mattresses
I can overlook the little dirt spots in the room because I know they were understaffed. But that bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I woke up multiple times during the night with back pain. The continental breakfast was horrible too. Those omelettes tasted like they were made the day before, frozen, and reheated for the next day’s meal.

Great place for a family stay. The suit could use some new clean furniture. The breakfast is great for a hotel continental meal. Good price for the location close to downtown. Parking at $18 per day is double what was advertised and way too expensive though.

The service at the hotel was great. Tanner at the front desk is incredible. He makes everyone feel valued… even when he is slammed with calls, requests, etc. this hotel is a great place to stay if you have an event at the convention center. I will return because of employees like Tanner. Thank you

We had issues with dirty linens, not stocked rooms, broken ice maker, hair dryer and pull out bed, and also expired food during breakfast. Brought the attention to the front desk on day 2 and maintenance was told to come which they never did even after I had a family member stay in the room from 10 am to 5:30 pm. Found a pillowcase on our first night with blood on it-completely unwashed. Breakfast was good until the milk was ruined eating cereal. Just all around everything was bad.

The lobby is very nice as is the breakfast. Service was really good but we did have some problems with our room. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 6 but only had 2 bath towels and no hand towels. The dishwasher had not been emptied before we arrived and they ran out of blankets when we called to get one for those sleeping on the sleeper sofa. The staff always brought up what we needed when we called but the room could have been better stocked.

Would not stay here again. Pull out couch was broken and had dirty sheets on it, furniture old and worn out, food crumbs on floor and in kitchen, toilet ran and then didn’t flush, AC was very loud, blackout curtain didn’t close all the way, room was musty. If we hadn’t arrived at 11 pm with 4 sleeping kids we would have left and found another hotel.

Front desk clerk at check in was very rude and not personable. Asked for my card without explanation why as I had already paid for the room. Room size was decent. Bathtub had hairs all in it and the dishwasher still had plates, bowls, cups and utensils. Pull out couch was 0/10. Super thin. Couches and chairs in the lobby/lounge were very worn and needed updated. Fabric was coming off of the arm rests.

Overall it was a great fit for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). The area around it is a little run down but up and coming with alot of renovations and new builds close by. The hotel is within walking distance 0.5-1mile of all the good attractions. The breakfast was substantial (eggs, bacon/sausage, toast/bagel, limited fruit, potatoes, yogurt/cereal). The room and hallway floors could have been cleaner, but overall it was great.
