There was no elevator to the part of the building in which we were staying. This made it very difficult when we were carrying our heavy luggage when we arrived and when we left.

Place was beautifully decorated for fall. Pool excellent-clean, great hours. Breakfast had amazing staff and great choices…I would give them. 11 out of 10. We stayed 3 nights and restaurant had really good food with different specials each night. Fish tocos and chicken wings excellent. Hotel well maintained. Big negative for this hotel is lack of ecological initiatives. Please use a different sign in room so we could still leave our towels hung up and be not replaced if we want room made up. Hotel still using Individual shampoos etc in small plastic bottles. I encourage management when you make the change to meet hospitality standards in eco friendliness…. To get shampoo bottles etc. with pumps not the large squeeze ones.

Actually the room was clean if you could get in had to kick the door to open it door needs new hinges or properly installed Old building no elevator and for $327.00 plus it is ridiculous for that building hallways are narrow and filthy we moved to Delta downtown for less

The location was convenient, and the buffet was agreeable. We stayed in a drive-up room. The room smelled musty upon arrival, and the air conditioner was so loud and kicked on numerous times overnight, waking us up at each interval. The bathroom shower was unfortunately tiled with evidence of mold starting as well as the pink bacteria Serratia marcescens. This was also the only hotel we stayed at that actually took a deposit in case of damages, rather than just keeping the card number temporarily on file.
