Bluetooth and free wi-fi. The Lower level also has a full kitchen 1 bedroom with queen bed and sitting area, and an additional common area w/queen sofa bed and dining area. Game room area with pool table and various arcade games, laundry room, large front porch with ceiling fans and rocking chairs, beautiful landscaping and 2 paved driveways for parking. Lower driveway can accommodate 8 vehicles, Upper driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and 1 can park directly in front of the house on street. Resident Manager (tenant) resides on property in separate apartment.

Terrific Thanksgiving Gathering
What a great home for cooking together and playing games/cards in the adjoining family room with the fire going! Lots of comfortable sleeping rooms and plenty of bathrooms for a large group. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a group of 10 friends stay here for a reunion, and it was a perfect house! It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large communal space to spend time together. Easy driving access to downtown Cville and UVA.

Fabulous place
We stayed here pre-wedding with several families and it was so much more than we expected! Well furnished, bedrooms for all and the downstairs entertainment was amazing. Pool table air hockey and many arcade games to choose from. Well appointed kitchen and very roomy porch which accommodated the dozen or so people we had over before the wedding. The massage chair was also a hit with everyone! Great hosts who do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable.

Amazing home!
The property is so much more than the pictures portrayed. The house is spacious with lots of separate areas to allow privacy but also large open rooms to spend time together. It has all the amenities. The kitchen is well thought out and a great place to cook any meal. The game room kept us all entertained and the yard was perfect for a corn hole tournament. The house was immaculate and the hosts are gracious and kind. I highly recommend this property for any group visiting the Charlottesville area.

I can not say enough about my rental experience. We had 17 family members coming to stay for the weekend of graduation. The property was exactly as described, it was large enough to accommodate our party, close to campus and very clean. It had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this home.

The home was amazing! All the rooms were spacious. The living areas were great for the wedding weekend. Kitchen was amazing. The bride and bride maids got ready at the house with plenty of room. Fantastic property - perfect for large group
We had a large group - 10 wise women - of a certain age - this property easily accommodated all of us and Terry was a great Host. The house floor plan is perfect - many well appointed bathrooms and multiple gathering spots throughout the house. There is also a nice back yard that would be great in the nice weather.

GORGEOUS HOME AND GREAT STAY!
We stayed at Rockbrook Manor for part of the week and weekend leading up to our wedding in Charlottesville. Terry was super helpful, flexible, and responsive the entire time (from booking to arrival to stay). The home is gorgeous, spacious, and super clean. She also has extra towels, sheets, etc. A few members of our family dropped by one night and were all incredibly impressed by the house. We would recommend the home to anyone coming to Charlottesville with a larger group!

Perfect house for large groups!
Our stay was amazing! Planned the perfect getaway for a bachelorette party filled with wine tours and dinners out, and this was the ideal house for our group of 12! The space and entertainment here was amazing. Everything you need for a group. Terry was so nice showing us around the house and communicating with me leading up to the weekend!
