Although convenient to downtown Charlottesville, Monticello and UVA, the cleanliness and condition of the room were below our expectations especially for the cost of the room. In addition, there is a charge for everything from parking, to a bottle of water, to pet accessories like bags. Gone are the days of complimentary service or accessories.

A parking fee on top of the room fee seems superfluous. This isn’t DC; if someone is staying at this hotel they probably have a vehicle they need to park. There seems to be ample parking available, so if the issue is with non patrons they cost shouldn’t be paid by patrons.

Rooms smelled like wet shoes. And the breakfast was laughable. It was rhe worst continental breakfast that i have ever seen. They ran out of food by 9am. I expected more out of a Hilton. I would not recommend this hotel. Staff when checking in was not friendly.

Great stay for business. Close to the Downtown Mall, tons of restaurants, and fun things to do. The rooms are large and have everything you could possibly need. The lobby has tons of snack options. Really great place to stay!

Downtown Charlottesville is a solid area; this location is a couple of blocks away from the downtown mall. I enjoy staying in this area when I have staycations.
