There is no active bar at this hotel and told by staff it has not operated in awhile. I had to switch rooms because my tv stopped working. The other room tv volumn was extremely low. Seen mold while taking a shower. Ice machine was removed from from second floor. There was no supervior/manager on site to assist with any issues. The day of check out police was on site.

This was an amazing hotel! The room was clean, the staff were nice and professional, and the area around it was awesome! I wish they had a list of their TV channels thought because my girlfriend and I had to guess which channels were on the TV. Other than that if your staying in Charlotte and wanna be close to the airport, I recommend this hotel!

NEVER AGAIN
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon arrival my bed linens were dirty, no clean towels and to top it off the toilet kept overflowing. By day three the elevator was broken and I just had surgery and had to walk long hallways daily. I tried to get moved to another Wyndham but they said they couldn’t do that. The best part of this hotel is a lady name Amber who works in kitchen. You should consider removing this hotel off your site. Below is a picture of what the guest use to get luggage to room. Sad!!!
