The room was not clean, we had to change rooms. The look and feel of this place is ... interesting, feels like the interior of a grade school. The night staff were great, very accommodating. The breakfast area was dirty. Wouldn't rebook.

Nice place for an overnight stay. Check in was smooth and the service was great as well. My only two complaints are with cleaniness and breakfast. The floor in our room was not clean, hair on the floor in the bathroom. As for breakfast, lacked taste, bacon was not good. I believe they use powdered milk. Otherwise not a bad stay. Conveniently off the interstate and I believe there are some eateries ans shops nearby.

Tru hotel,is an adequate hotel. It provides the basics there are no special amenities. The breakfast is subpar the employees especially the front desk were exceptional during our visit. I would not stay again, but would recommend it to someone if they were traveling for business and on a budget
