The property is absolutely flawless. The aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful. I am so happy that I choice this property. Justice was so kind, thorough, and accommodating. The lounge was gorg! Jordan was so kind. I look forward to my next stay.

Property very aesthetically pleasing. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room looked great and was set up perfectly. Only downside hotel is on the bottom 2 floors. At night it is very loud because of the club/bar next door. Than we were woken up by the sound of a laundry machine on a spin cycle starting around 6am. Also the beds were not the most comfortable at all very stiff bed.

The entire staff are professional and extremely friendly! The room was immaculate! We loved having coffee in our robes in the morning in the beautiful Sophia lounge, then utilizing the roomy gym. Our valets, David and Adam treated us like Queens in the Queen City! We can’t wait to go back!

I came in town on business and I wanted to experience the city since it was my 1st time to North Carolina. Being a newly wed I wanted to stay in a hotel that had a cultural, unique and romantic feel and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Felt like we were in Paris and transported in time. And myhusband and I were happy to find we were in the heart of Uptown (downtown) Charlotte. Right across the street from the Performing Arts center, restaurants and food trucks just steps away and the hotel was stunning. Due to the need to head to my business event early they were able to give me an early check in and departure which made things much easier for us. Everyone in the staff was super helpful and pleasant. I’d love to come back.

This hotel was one of the most beautifully designed hotels I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in fine hotels all over the world. The attention to detail the ever-present wonderful fragrance in the hallway and Sofia Lounge is just magnificent. David, who greeted us when we first arrived to take care of our car and luggage, really set the tone in terms of a warm welcome. Can't wait for another reason to visit Charlotte and stay at The Iveys!

This hotel was a great find! The room was beautiful and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great and small gestures such a high quality ear plugs on the night stand ensured that we slept great even in a busy downtown area. Really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the facility.

The hotel was excellent! The hotel is lovely, and so are the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and updated. There were numerous extras, like a small bottle of Prosecco in your room and water bottles by your table. The person who checked us in was very friendly and had numerous suggestions for things to do in the area, as well as a great casual restaurant for dinner. I would highly recommend the hotel. The only negative is that numerous homeless people in the area approach you during the evening and ask for money. They are not dangerous or aggressive, but it's different if you're not used to them.
