There were no curtains in the front room. No Iron or ironing board. The temperature control did not work and neither did the phone. When I told the front desk about the issues they seemed annoyed rather than helpful. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. The manager acted as if I was not worth the time that it would take to address my concerns. Staybridge should be called STAYAWAYBRIDGE!!!

Not a bad place to stay if you are visiting the Charlotte area. Rooms are clean and comfortable and have most everything you should need as far as amenities. Breakfast is more than adequate. Overall, would consider staying here again.

Great location and very nice facility. My only negative comment has nothing to do with the staff or hotel - the hotel is pet friendly and that's OK, but when those four legged furry friends start barking at each other in the front lobby, dining area or at guests who are simply passing by, the owners should take them outside.

The stay here was very good. The staff is awesome, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The rooms are comfortable enough. During my nearly 2 week stay I had to change rooms due to the sewer scent from the restroom and the one bed restroom located in the bedroom itself. It made it inconvenient because anytime you want to use the facility you have to wake up your roommate. The two bed was much more comfortable. The only complaint is the musty smell which I feel happens from the high turnover of the rooms. It is on a fantastic location though, the staff is fantastic, plus there’s free socials Mon-Wed so you get to enjoy a drink and some light food. Would definitely recommend. Just pack some febreze with you.
