The best hotel i have stayed in this year. Comfortable beds, large walk in closet, exceptionally clean, hot breakfast bar with fresh fruits/ muffins and attentive staff. If in Charlotte, NC highly recommend this hotel.

You pay good money to stay in a nice hotel and you have to pay $11 to park. Really? Its not like there is no parking. And then there is a god awful smell outside, lile raw sewage. We could not sot outside and enjoy the wonderful weather.

There was a musty moldy smell every time the air conditioner ran. When you used hot water in the shower the pipes rattled so loud you thought they were going to break. Commented at the front desk at check out and they didn’t seem to care. This looked like a fairly new hotel.

Leaving this review to show my gratitude to the staff for being able to check me in and give me someplace to stay during the recent aftermath of hurricane Helene. Even though power had not been restored (and was not restored during the one night I was there), the staff, who were obviously tired, were in good spirits, welcomed me, and provided me with safe, secure accommodation until I left for the airport the next morning. Thank you for all that you did!

The property needs a little bit of maintenance with the plumbing but overall the stay was nice. The shower head in my room was broken and DJ was very helpful fast with moving me into another room!
