This was not a good stay at all. 1st-I thought I was renting a king suite, your website said it was a king that had a separate bedroom on club level with pics of a weird looking area that misled me to think it was the living area. It looked like a conference room,to my surprise, it was a conference room and it was not attached to my room. I paid $100 more per night for a classic king room with no extra room. If I had known it was not a suite I would have taken the king room for less money that did not give me club access. Our room had no hot water. The staff moved us to another room. It had tepid water and no pressure. Bathing in our room was not an enjoyable experience. Also, having to move rooms after we were settled caused us to be 2hrs late for our plans that night. I was really disappointed in the Sheraton. We usually stay at le meridian(attached to the Sheraton) which is always great, I assumed the rooms would be comparable, but they were not. I seriously doubt I will stay again at the Sheraton charlotte. The hotel rooms need renovating and like maintenance told us,”they are supposed to get a new hot water system. Apparently the hotel knew about the water situation. But overbooked for that weekend anyway.

I paid extra for my room because of an event that I knew nothing of nor cared to attend. I would’ve been perfectly fine with the price I paid if the room was up to standard. It was really small, the bathroom wasn’t what I expected. Really small and basic, there was no hot water, the tub itself had gross dark spots on the floor, then also they make you pay an additional 50$ per night for parking which I really find unfair because given my room was already overpriced. I paid almost 400$ for a 2 night stay like I said id have no issues with paying that amount if the rooms/bathroom were nicer. They try to get you with all the nice features they have in the hotel and events but I will never stay at Sheraton again. Also I’m used to like a very subtle quiet environment but because of the event it was super crowded, everyone was loud and all over the place. When my man and I was trying to leave, we had to walk around numerous of small and large crowds of people to get outside. Then while trying to leave from the parking lot, Ig ppl aren’t exactly sure of the tool that’s needed to enter and exit so it’ll be ppl just parked there trying to figure out how to get out but I think it should definitely have a sign or communicated beforehand. We were behind the gate for over 10 mins because ppl couldn’t figure out how to leave.

Rooms were very small but okay for one night which we only stayed one night.. carpet looked alittle dirty but ok with some house shoes.. bathroom was extremely small shower tile could use some deep cleaning staff was really nice all staff from parking to dining.. walking in the hotel looked and smelt ready clean and fresh.

This is a relaxing, welcoming and well designed hotel. The outdoor pool area is great and it is a good hotel for teenagers with two pools, a gymn and games like table tennis. The staff are super helpful and very welcoming. A great place to stay.

I was very disappointed in this stay. We were moved rooms 2 times bc the showers did not have hot water. After a long day of traveling i was looking forward to a long hot shower and it never happened. Even being moved room we didnt have hot water. I must say that Camden did make things right but still this was an issue.

The staff at the Front Desk were very friendly and helpful. That level of service is not seen all the time and they deserve high praise. We would definitely stay there again!
